Scent profile: Warm and richly spiced — pine brings a clean, resinous forest note, clove adds depth and heat, cinnamon wraps around everything with familiar, cosy sweetness, and orange lifts the whole blend with a bright burst of optimism. Yes, it smells like Christmas. But it also smells like confidence, cosiness and the feeling that things are going to be okay.
When to burn it: New beginnings, goal-setting, moments of transition, dark evenings when you need warmth — or honestly, any time you want your home to smell like everything is going to be fine.
Believe is the candle for the in-between moments. Not the celebration, not the crisis — the quiet space before something changes, when you're choosing to trust the process anyway.
Pine is grounding and clarifying, associated with confidence and resilience. Clove is warming and protective, one of the most historically significant oils in aromatherapy for its ability to support emotional fortitude. What makes Wizard & Grace candles different?
We only use bespoke essential oil blends - that we create ourselves to support a wellbeing quality - to scent along with the most sustainable and renewable wax - rapeseed and coconut wax and compostable packaging.
Everything we do is considered carefully from our plastic-free delivery promise to our raw materials.
We go the extra mile to ensure we are as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.
Why do you use Rapseed and Coconut wax and not Soy?
Soy, while natural, is an unsustainable crop to grow - land should be left to rest for 18 months between crops. In practice this is not happening. The demand for soy is creating intensive farming practices, deforestation and social justice issues in countries of origin
While we started our candle testing with soy originally, upon realising we researched and found that rapeseed and coconut wax is the most renewable and sustainable wax available.
We are also looking at other options such as olive wax so we are always open to making sure we are at the top of our sustainability game.
